Lawrence Sheriff School prides itself on the vast range of extracurricular subjects offered to students during the morning tutor periods on Tuesday and Thursday.
Courses to support, develop and introduce different disciplines including Astronomy, Computer Fun, Drama, Extended Project, French Film, Marquetry, Rock Band, Ukelele and World Challenge are just a few of the wide ranging options available.
Students are asked to make choices at the beginning of the academic year according to their interests or to take the opportunity to try something new.
Subjects are classified according to their suitability for different year groups. Some subjects run all year and others have a termly cycle to enable more students to have a turn.
Enrichment is an opportunity for students to broaden their skills and knowledge.

Photography Club is an excellent opportunity for all those who are keen photographers to see LSS and Rugby in a different light. You will be visiting places in and around the school, as well as leaving the school site to see near-by photography opportunities.
There is no need for you to have your own camera as school can provide one for you, but you are more than welcome to bring one at your own risk. By the end of the enrichment schedule, you will have created a large portfolio of photos which will then be put together as a collage. Through the enrichment, previous students have beaten students from other schools in the area to win the schools final in Rugby, gaining several prizes- this opportunity will continue for all potential students.
